Terms and Conditions
All orders that you place with us will be on these terms (or any that we may issue to replace them). By placing an order with us, you are expressly waiving any printed terms you may have to the extent they are inconsistent with our terms.

Price: The price quoted excludes VAT (unless otherwise stated). VAT will be charged at the rate applying at the time of despatch. All prices quoted in this price list include the cost of carriage by road carrier within mainland Great Britain. We reserve the right to roll cuts together in one package. Single orders under 4 square metres will incur a delivery charge of £10.00. Any special despatch agreements made at your request will incur an additional charge. Cut length prices apply to lengths under 20 linear metres.

Payment: You are to pay us in cash or in cleared funds prior to delivery, unless you have an approved credit account. If you have an approved credit account, payment is due no later than 20 days following the end of the month in which the goods are invoiced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A cash discount of 2.5% of the nett purchase (exclusive of VAT) is allowed if the payment is received by the 20th of the month following invoice date. A discount of 3.75% is allowed for payment within 7 days of date of invoice. Otherwise payment is strictly nett.

Risk and Retention of title: The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Until you pay all debts you may owe us all goods supplied by us remain our property.
